Use Billing to see the current organization plan, manage subscription changes, and track Pro usage balance.
Only organization owners can manage billing or add prepaid usage balance.
Plans
Radiant plans control which product capabilities are available to an organization.

The Billing page shows the current prices, current plan, renewal information, and any scheduled plan changes.
Manage billing
Owners can use Billing to upgrade, manage, or change the organization plan.
If the organization has an active Stripe customer, Billing opens the billing portal for subscription management. If not, Radiant starts checkout for the selected plan.
Pro usage
Pro organizations have included usage for Knowledge Assistant and context processing. Included usage resets each billing period.
The Billing page shows:
- Included usage used during the current billing period.
- Prepaid balance used during the current billing period.
- Remaining prepaid balance.
- When included usage resets.
Prepaid balance
Prepaid balance is available on Pro. It is used after included usage runs out and carries over month to month.
Owners can add prepaid balance from Billing.

Usage and unavailable actions
If usage is unavailable or exhausted, AI-powered actions that rely on usage may be blocked until included usage resets or prepaid balance is added.
For Ask AI, this can affect reader questions and context processing. For context sources, it can affect web page refreshes and custom note processing.
