Ask for edits

Use the writing agent when you know the docs outcome you want, but you want Radiant to make the content changes for you.

Open the dashboard editor and click Writing agent. Describe the change in plain language, then send the request.

Good requests

Be specific about the page, audience, and outcome.

Rewrite the Quickstart intro so it feels more confident and less tentative.Keep the page short and preserve the existing steps.

Add a short section to the Navigation page explaining when to use groups versussingle pages. Use a practical example.

Review the Images and Videos page for unclear wording. Improve the prose withoutchanging the examples.

What the agent can change

The writing agent can edit docs files in the current draft, including MDX pages, docs.json, and referenced assets when the requested change requires them.

It uses the existing docs structure as context, follows Radiant MDX rules, and runs docs validation before returning changes.

Keep requests focused

Focused requests are easier to review. For large documentation projects, ask the agent to update one page or one workflow at a time.
